2. Cancellations and Refunds

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

3. Travel Documents and Requirements
It is the traveler’s responsibility to have a valid passport, visas, and any required vaccinations or travel permits.
We do not accept responsibility for denied entry or refusal of service due to improper documentation.

4. Health and Safety
Travelers must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations at the time of booking.
Our tours may involve activities that require physical fitness; please assess your ability before booking.
Fly and Find Egypt Tours and its partners take all reasonable safety precautions but cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses during the tour.
Travel insurance covering medical emergencies and trip cancellations is strongly recommended.
5. Changes to Itinerary

Changes will be communicated promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made where possible.
No refunds will be given for minor changes or substitutions.

Fly and Find Egypt Tours acts as an intermediary between travelers and suppliers (hotels, transport, guides).
We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by suppliers, third parties, or events outside our control.
Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the traveler for the affected service.
Travelers accept all risks associated with their travel.
7. Conduct
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, other travelers, and local communities.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone whose behavior is disruptive, illegal, or harmful.
No refunds will be given in such cases.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, are owned by Fly and Find Egypt Tours or used with permission.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of content is prohibited.
